Trash It.  Don't Flush it.

Disposable wipes cause woes for Wastewater Systems. These items (along with many others), do not decompose. They clog pipes and equipment resulting in higher maintenance costs – leading to higher assessments and rents. Our System Infrastructure accommodates the entire service area. Even though something clears your pipes, it might get stuck further down the line.

To minimize very expensive septic tank pumping, please observe the 3 Ps Only Rule: Pee, Poo and toilet Paper.

Wet Wipes Do Not Decompose!
Trash 'em even if they are "flushable". Other really bad items: Dental Floss, Hair, Condoms,
Feminine Products, Disposable Diapers - the list goes on and on.

Cute signs are available to help inform guests of these important rules.

Basically... Please do not throw anything in the toilet other than toilet paper. Our Septic System Thanks You.

Chemical cleaning products impede the biological process of the system. Cooking oil/grease is bad. Please consider not using the garbage disposal and Keep in mind - the less water we put in the
system the better.
